Payment terms

Terms of delivery

Shipping is paid by the customer. RC Sweden is responsible for the transport to the customer. RC Sweden AB only sends deliverys with traceable deliveries unless otherwise agreed between RC Sweden AB and the customer (the customer then assumes responsibility for the delivery).

RC Sweden AB uses Posten's fees to send parcels (see www.posten.se for prices). Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout (reservation for incorrect invoice) and no order is made by RC Sweden AB for shipping costs.

Delivery of fuel

Since model fuel is handled as "dangerous goods", this means that we are forced to ship this with a shipping company at a high cost. First, check if we have any dealer near you or you can email us at info@rcsweden.com to find out the shipping cost to you before placing an order.

Transport damage

The customer is obliged to check that the package is not damaged upon delivery.
All transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier.

Not released shipments

For unshipped shipments, actual shipping is charged plus SEK 150

Delivery Delay

Delivery time is usually 1-5 working days after ordering. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you via email. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We always do our best to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier cannot fulfill his commitment to us. Compensation is not paid in the event of a delivery delay.

If the delivery does not arrive at the customer, this must be reported by the customer to RC Sweden AB by email to info@rcsweden.com as soon as possible so that it can investigated by RC Sweden AB what has happened. RC Sweden AB has up to 3 months to find out what happened from the date the notification was received to RC Sweden AB before the money for the goods is refunded to the customer.

Partial delivery

Should any of the items you ordered have longer delivery time than the other items contact you via e-mail and you will then have the opportunity to choose whether you want to wait with the entire delivery or split the order. If you choose to split the delivery, you are responsible for the increased shipping cost. We do this as a service for you to get the products as quickly as possible.

tGuarantee

One year warranty applies to our products if material or manufacturing defects occur. No guarantee is given on consumables or if the product has been subjected to negligence.

Unfortunately, we (or our suppliers) do not provide any warranty on batteries.
This is because the battery can be damaged in the event of a handling error (for example if the voltage drops too low in the battery. This can happen when you drive with them for too long, charge incorrectly and if they are not maintenance charged or "large charged" when they are not to be used during a time).
A common concern is that you use a battery car without recharging after it has been used and leave it for a while.
