Delivery Conditions
Shipping is paid by the customer. RC Sweden is responsible for the transport to the customer.
RC Sweden AB uses Posten's fees to send packages (see www.posten.se for prices). The shipping cost is automatically counted out at the checkout (reservation for error calculation) and no order is made by RC Sweden AB for shipping costs.
RC Sweden AB reserves the right for Posten's price changes.
Delivery of fuel
When model fuel is handled as "dangerous goods", this means that we are forced to send this with a freight company at a high cost. First check if we have any retailer near you or you can email us at info@rcsweden.com to find out the shipping cost to you before placing an order.
Transport damage
The customer is obliged to check that the package is not damaged on delivery.
All transport damages must be reported immediately to the shipping company.

Delivery Delay
Delivery time is normally 1-5 working days after ordering. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase at delivery delays. We always do our best to complete your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier cannot fulfill its commitment to us. Compensation is not paid for any delay in delivery.
Partial delivery
Should any of the articles you have ordered have longer delivery times than other articles contact you by e-mail and you will then have the opportunity to choose whether you want to wait with the entire delivery or divide the order. If you choose to split the delivery, you stand for the increased shipping cost. We do this as a service for you to get the products as fast as possible.
Right of withdrawal and open Buy for 14 days
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a customer have the right to undo your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods and for no special reason. This assumes that the product and the product packaging are in unaltered condition, ie unused and not damaged or damaged. You must not use the product but of course carefully examine it. When returning the goods, the return shipping to RC Sweden AB must be paid and must accompany the invoice. The product must be well packed in the outer packaging approved by Posten (eg brown corrugated cardboard). Returns that arrive to RC Sweden AB without approved outer packaging are returned to the customer without action as these cannot be approved for repurchase. If the freight is not paid or other document is missing, the goods are returned to the customer without action.
The repurchase is only approved when RC Sweden AB has received and verified the goods and found it to have been submitted in accordance with the above conditions.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to batteries and consumable / wear parts when packaging has been broken / opened. By broken / opened is meant also technical sealing (eg serial number). Return Policy
only applies if the product with original packaging is in essentially unchanged condition.

Complaint

Discounts
