Use marine grease liberally on your propeller shaft (flex cable) to reduce heat and friction. (30 cc tube)Traxxas Marine Grease is the correct grease you should use to lubricate the flex drive of the Traxxas Spartan and DCB M41 Widebody boats. Marine greases in general are formulated to inhibit corrosion and resist washing away when exposed to water, and Traxxas marine grease is further specialized as a drive-cable lubricant to ensure the flex-drive system operates with peak efficiently and reliability.
