Blade Revolution 155 CP RC Helicopter Introduction
For nearly a decade, the Blade 150 S has helped many pilots learn to fly and improve their collective-pitch helicopter skills. The Revolution 155 CP builds on that legacy with significant updates that make it more affordable, easier to fly, and more capable than ever. It features exclusive and innovative SAFE (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) technology that provides angle limits and improved self-leveling to help prevent crashes in Normal mode, with no limits in all other flight modes—plus Panic Recovery to “bail out” at the push of a button if you ever need it!
Updates and upgrades compared to the 150 include:

The Revolution 155 CP arrives 100% factory-assembled and flight-tested, so it’s ready to fly right out of the box. The Ready-To-Fly (RTF) version includes everything needed to fly in one box, making it the perfect choice for pilots—from beginners to experienced—looking for maximum convenience and value. Plus, the included Spektrum DXS 2.4GHz transmitter can be used with other Bind-N-Fly® (BNF) and BNF Basic aircraft once you’ve successfully learned to fly the Revolution 155! A Bind-N-Fly (BNF) Basic version is also available for pilots who want to use their current Spektrum transmitter along with batteries and chargers they may already own. Both versions include a Spektrum flybarless flight controller and a receiver loaded with a Smart Transmitter File, which allows you to automatically import all settings for NX and iX series transmitters during the binding process—making it easier and faster to start flying with your favorite or upgraded transmitter.
The RTF version also includes a “full” copy of the RealFlight Trainer Edition RC flight simulator, which runs on a wide variety of PCs (Personal Computers)—from low-cost laptops to “gaming” desktops—running Windows® 10 or 11. This simulator features many of the most popular Horizon Hobby trainer airplanes and helicopters, including the Revolution 155, along with built-in Virtual Flight Instructor lessons. It also includes additional features such as nearly two dozen “Next Step After a Trainer” (Skill Level 2) aircraft and variants, plus 4 flying sites/fields that are unlockable reward content after you fly the trainer models for just 2–4 hours. Other added features include a fresh and modern user interface that’s even easier and more intuitive to use, multiplayer options so you can train and fly with others online, the option to enable wind, unlock float flying, and more! This helps new pilots learn to fly successfully by practicing on a desktop PC at home or on a laptop just about anywhere else. Simply use a USB-C cable to connect the updated and upgraded DXS controller/transmitter to a compatible USB port on your computer to fly!
And the fun doesn’t stop once you’ve learned how to fly! In Stunt and Idle Up flight modes, the Revolution 155 CP is capable of performing basic aerobatic maneuvers, including loops, rolls, inverted (upside-down) flight, and more. It’s even capable of full-on 3D aerobatics, whether you’re an experienced pilot or just learning to perform them.

That means there’s nothing extra to buy—you’re ready to fly! The included transmitter can also be used with other Bind-N-Fly (BNF) RC aircraft equipped with Spektrum DSMX 2.4 GHz-compatible receivers. Plus, it’s compatible with the included full version of the RealFlight Trainer Edition RC flight simulator!
Exclusive Technologies
The factory-installed and expertly tuned AR6250MHXG flybarless flight controller features exclusive Spektrum AS3X and SAFE technologies. The updated SAFE technology includes angle limits and improved self-leveling to help prevent crashes in Normal mode. AS3X smooths out the effects of wind and turbulence without any limits or self-leveling in all other flight modes, so you can fly inverted and perform aerobatics as well. Plus, you can use Panic Recovery to “bail out” by simply pressing and holding a button if you ever need to!
Telemetry Capable
The Revolution 155 is equipped with a Spektrum Smart ESC, flight controller, and a receiver that provides real-time data on overall flight battery voltage, motor RPM, and other telemetry information to compatible Spektrum AirWare-equipped transmitters (including the DXS, DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3 and 8 G2, the DX9, NX6 through 20, the iX12 through 20, and others) while you fly.
Learn to Fly Successfully with SAFE® Technology
If this is your first RC helicopter, Horizon Hobby’s exclusive SAFE (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) technology prevents over-control and crashes while also offering multiple flight modes to provide more control and capabilities as your skills improve:
Normal (SAFE) Mode
In this flight mode, the helicopter has pitch and bank angle limits to prevent over-control that can lead to a loss of orientation and crashes. When you release the control sticks, the helicopter automatically returns to level flight on its own, allowing you to relax and simply “steer” the helicopter through the sky rather than focusing on keeping it level. This flight mode also makes takeoff and landing much easier!
Stunt/Idle Up 1 (AS3X) Mode
There are no pitch or bank angle limits in this flight mode, so you have complete control! The rotor speed is higher and more constant than in Normal mode, allowing you to fly inverted (upside down) and perform basic aerobatic maneuvers, including loops, rolls, and more.
Stunt/Idle Up 2 (AS3X) Mode
In this flight mode, there are no limits, and the head speed is even higher, allowing you to perform more aggressive and 3D aerobatic maneuvers.
Panic Recovery
If you lose control of the helicopter in the Stunt/Idle Up flight modes, simply press and hold the Panic Recovery button or switch to Normal mode and release the right control stick. SAFE technology will automatically return the helicopter to an upright and level flight!
Collective Pitch
The CP (Collective Pitch) main rotor head assembly offers smooth control to deliver a unique blend of hovering, sport, and aerobatic flying capabilities that you can’t get with FP (Fixed Pitch) mechanics.
Durable Precision
The upgraded digital, metal-geared cyclic servos, combined with an updated composite frame design featuring optimized servo geometry, deliver enhanced precision and capabilities.
